Owners of any Canada Goose winter gear will aggressively stand by their love of the brand. Still relatively unknown outside of Canada and the US, Canada Goose has been slowly expanding to other cold weather countries and this time has collaborated with October's Very Own.
October's Very Own was created by Oliver El-Khatib, Noah "40" Shebib, and Aubrey Drake Graham and acts as a hub for the teams creative ambitions. Aubrey Drake Graham, who is better known as DRAKE, is an actor and Hip-Hop artist signed under L'il Waynes record label Young Money Entertainment. DRAKE has worked with hip-hop heavyweights such as Lil Wayne, Young Jeezy, Kanye West, Eminem, and Jay-Z.
The Canada Goose x October's Very Own collaboration on the Chilliwack jacket may prove difficult to get your hands on though as it's a limited edition product with only 300 being made - 100 of these will be reserved for personal distribution among October's Very Own, which leaves 200 remaining to be sold in the following places:
Nomad (Toronto)
Nom de Guerre (NYC)
Nepenthes (NYC)
Opening Ceremony (LA)
Colette (Paris)
The Tannery (Boston)
The special edition jacket will be released Saturday, November 13, 2010 and will be priced at $900 USD.
